In a newly translated interview with Final Fantasy Type-0 developer, Hajime Tabata, it was stated that they have “experimented” on the game on High Definition televisions, and that during the course of development, the team felt that they would have preferred to develop the game on a high end console.
In fact, they have stated that if they were to make a sequel, they would proceed with that mentality in mind. Of course, another possibility that we would like to think possible is an HD remaster of Final Fantasy Type-0 for the PlayStation Vita or the PlayStation 3. Even though some may say it is a bit early for an HD remaster of this game, if its is done for the PlayStation 3 (a la Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and others) then that would open up an enormous market range.
