Thanks to an IGN article, we have found out two things for sure (one of them possibly relating to Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Type-0). First off, although we have been told that Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is the final installment which will feature Lightning, Cocoon, and Gran Pulse, it has now been verified by Yoshinori Kitase.
The second bit of news is that the Fabula Nova Crystallis series will, in fact, continue. The only games we know of thus far in the Fabula Nova Crystallis series are Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Type-0 (formerly known as Final Fantasy Agito XIII). Does this statement mean that we will be seeing more information soon, seeing as there are no other games in this compilation? Or could this possibly mean the emergence of a new title? We know Square Enix have done this before, but it does not seem very likely. Well, what do you guys think?
